This second Target 2035 DEL-ML Challenge invites the community to build models that discover hits (bioactive drug-like molecules) for the kinase PGK2 using DNA Encoded Libraries (DEL).

Target 2035 is a global open science initiative that aims to develop chemical and biological tools for all human proteins by 2035, enabling the discovery of novel targets for tomorrow’s drugs. To that end, the Structural Genomics Consortium and its industry partners are populating the AIRCHECK platform with training data and best-performing ML models. These benchmarking challenges collectively test new methods in ML-driven drug discovery.

Registration opened June 16 and first submissions are due September 15. See the challenge Synapse page for the full timeline. A challenge webinar for registered will take place on July 7 at 9am EDT / 1pm UTC / 3pm CET.
